For more than thirty years, we’ve had the joy of serving people across the United States, Canada, Israel, and the United Kingdom—as ministers, consultants, coaches, and mentors. In every season, our calling has remained the same: to help people thrive—physically, relationally, emotionally, and spiritually.

We have a deep passion for helping every person who desires to get healthy to improve their health. We have worked extensively with pastors and faith leaders, whose health often suffers under the weight of constant ministry. When a leader gets healthy, it impacts an entire congregation.

A Personal Journey That Changed Everything
When we returned to the United States, Chris faced a series of major health issues—Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and more. Doctors offered prescriptions and little hope for change, but years of research training pushed Chris to look deeper. Discovering the truth about insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome transformed everything.
In just five months, he lost 90 pounds, reversed his Type 2 diabetes, reversed his sleep apnea, lowered his blood pressure, raised his testosterone and felt better than he had in years, and did it without medications. During that same season, Lisa was working at the university helping individuals with physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges receive support and accommodations.
